Rising Above the Old Procurement Process
We built this company out of a desire to better serve clients.

After two decades of technology consulting with Fortune 100 companies as well as small startups, Eric Ludwig and Ed Wu noticed something: the procurement process wasn’t in the best interest of clients.
An emphasis on selling lots of new solutions — “rip and replace,” as it’s often called — disregarded the significant investments clients had already made. And the corporate playbook didn’t recognize the unique circumstances of each client.
Eric and Ed saw an opportunity to do something different — to provide a deeper, more personal, holistic engagement for clients; to rise out of the ashes of a technology distribution approach that had run its course. The symbol of the phoenix and the name RISE captured their intent.
