Ed Wu is an adept client advocate and experienced advisor of as-a-service technologies with over two decades of experience in IT consulting. Prior to co-founding RISE Technology Advisors, he served as a technical liaison in his roles with software and telecommunication service providers, and then for 16 years as a practice lead in CDW’s Integrated Technology Services.
Keenly observant with an obsession for details, Ed strives to ensure clients swiftly navigate the rapidly evolving technology marketplace to achieve their desired outcomes. As a skilled negotiator, Ed utilizes his broad knowledge and vast relationships to design, source and implement the most cost-effective solutions with an eye towards maximizing existing client investments.
As an advisor, Ed has a knack for distilling complex solutions and simplifying otherwise lengthy engagements to save client’s their most valuable resource, time. Amidst a highly technical industry of telecommunications, cloud, managed services and security, Ed believes technology is a customer service business in its most valuable form and anchors daily to the client experience and ongoing lifecycle support.
